Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract was concluded.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which is clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the performance of the contract only after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of the performance of the contract by us. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
