2. Free Intro Call
In this first call, we’ll talk about your current situation, your goals, and what kind of coaching format might be the best fit for you.
You’ll also get a clear picture of what I offer and how I work. It's important for me to make sure we’re on the same page and that the vibe is right - that’s how great results happen.
3. Choose & Purchase Your Coaching Plan
If everything feels right, you can go ahead and purchase the coaching plan that suits you - directly on my website.
Once your purchase is confirmed, we’re ready to start.
4. Onboarding & TrueCoach Setup
You’ll get access to your personal TrueCoach account. This is where we’ll manage your training and/or nutrition, track your progress, and communicate throughout the coaching process.
Everything is structured and easy to follow, all in one place.
5. Assessment Week(s)
Before we dive into the actual coaching, we’ll go through an assessment phase based on your chosen focus (Essential / Performance / Nutrition / Complete).
As part of this phase, you’ll also receive a detailed questionnaire via Google Forms.
This form helps me understand your goals, current habits, routines, medical history, preferences, and any relevant background info I need to create a plan that actually works for you.
It’s a crucial step - and required for all coaching formats.
Training Assessment:
We’ll assess your current fitness level across Functional Fitness/Hybrid disciplines: Olympic Lifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk), Gymnastics skills, Strength, Conditioning and Running.
This gives us your personal baseline to build from.
Nutrition Assessment:
You’ll track your food and habits for about a week. I’ll analyze your routines, diet patterns, and lifestyle to understand how I can best support your goals.
6. Personalized Plan Creation
Once the assessment is complete, I’ll create your individualized coaching plan:
For Nutrition:
You’ll receive a tailored nutrition plan based on your goals, habits, and lifestyle. It’s practical, sustainable and 100% customized to you.
For Training:
You’ll get a personalized weekly training program, updated every week. I work in cycles - typically 12-week blocks - with full flexibility for your lifestyle (e.g., travel, work, family).
7. Weekly Coaching & Progress Tracking
Now the real work begins.
Each week, you’ll receive updated plans via TrueCoach. Whether it’s training, nutrition, or both - everything is adapted to your current needs.
If life happens (vacation, busy schedule, etc.), I’ll adjust your plan accordingly. Your program stays effective and realistic.
For all nutrition clients and those who choose both training & nutrition (Complete Coaching), we’ll also schedule a bi-weekly check-in call.
This gives us the chance to talk through your progress, make fine-tuned adjustments, and ensure you’re fully supported - both physically and mentally.
